Village Resolutions

A resolution is a formal action adopted by the Village Board to express its positions, intent, or decision on a specific matter. Resolutions are typically used for items of a temporary or administrative nature, such as approving contracts, setting fees, or recognizing individuals or events. Unlike ordinance, resolutions do not create permanent local laws but provide official direction or authorization for Village Business.
