Village of Kewaskum Community Loan Pool Program
The Village of Kewaskum Community Loan Pool Program was created to support revitalization efforts, encourage capital investment, and assist both new and existing businesses within the village. This fund was established through a partnership between Bank Five Nine and the Village of Kewaskum, working together to promote business growth in our downtown district.
Eligible Businesses
Include:
• Commercial or retail businesses
• Commercial building owners
• Businesses located within the downtown Kewaskum business district

Submit a business plan along with a
completed loan package application.
Your application will be
confidentially reviewed by the Loan Review Advisory Committee and Bank
Five Nine. Loan approvals typically take about 30 days after all materials
are submitted.
Eligible Expenses:
• Acquisition of land or buildings
• Building improvements or construction
• Leasehold improvements or construction
• Equipment purchases
• Environmental or safety compliance
Bank Five Nine has committed $200,000 in capital to launch this program.
Final loan decisions are made by Bank Five Nine, which also maintains the
authority to adjust or modify loan requirements to best meet the needs of the
community and the Village of Kewaskum.
Loan Structure:
The Business Development Loan Pool Program can serve as a primary loan or be
paired with other financing sources. Interest rates are typically fixed and can
be as low as 1.00% for up to 10 years. Loan amounts generally range
from $10,000
to $25,000, with each application evaluated individually based
on collateral, risk, and terms.
